The Gordes Les Rapières 100 property is part of Gabriele von Brochowski’s life’s work.
Ms Von Brochowski was ambassador / Head of the Delegation of the European Community in Burkina Faso, Niger, Cameroon, Senegal, Ethiopia, and the Ivory Coast between 1976 and 2000. Her work focused on development, government, anti-corruption, human rights and culture.
Another part of her life’s work is the african foundation, established in 2017, the Von-Brochowski-Süd-Nord-Stiftung (www.southnorth.foundation).
The foundation supports artists from African countries, who make sustainable contributions to the development of their countries with their creative work.
